SuperPark Egypt is an indoor recreation facility located at the Mall of Arabia in Cairo. The venue provides physical activities suitable for families, groups, and corporate teams.

The park is organized into three distinct zones: the Adventure Area, the Game Arena, and the Freestyle Hall. The facility operates on a concept originating from Finland.

1-Hour Ticket: EGP 420 (excluding socks). Socks are mandatory for all guests.
Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult. The companion ticket is EGP 150 (excluding socks), and socks are also mandatory.
We welcome children starting from 3 years old, and there is no maximum age limit.
Our activities are movement-based and interactive, combining physical play with screen-based experiences.

Age & Authority Requirements: Participants must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. Adults purchasing for minors (under 18) must have legal authority to accept the terms on their behalf.
Supervision & Ability: Minors must be able to walk unaided and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Mandatory Waiver: Every participant (or parent/guardian on behalf of a minor) must sign a Waiver and Consent Form prior to gaining entry.
Health Restrictions: Participants must be in good physical health. For safety reasons, pregnant women, individuals over 120 kg, or guests wearing casts are not permitted on the park facilities.
Non-refundable & Non-transferable: All tickets remain the property of SuperPark Egypt, cannot be resold or transferred, and are non-refundable once submitted and paid.
Safety & Conduct: Guests must follow all venue signage and staff instructions. SuperPark reserves the right to suspend or cancel access without a refund for unsafe or reckless behavior.

This experience/attraction has a non-cancellable / non-changeable cancellation policy: Once booked, the ticket cannot be cancelled or modified.

Arriving by Car or Ride-Sharing: If you are driving or using ride-hailing services like Uber, Careem, or InDrive, take the 26th of July Corridor (Mehwar) heading toward 6th of October City until you arrive at Juhaynah Square. Head directly toward Gate 17 of Mall of Arabia, where you will find convenient nearby parking and quick access to the park entrance.

Arriving by Public Transit or Microbus: If you are using public transportation, take any microbus or bus heading along the 26th of July Corridor toward 6th of October City or Juhaynah Square. Request to get off at the Mall of Arabia drop-off point near Juhaynah Square and walk directly to Gate 17 to enter the park.
